Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy working with your hands? Do you have experience or interest in machining, fabrication, or fixing equipment? Precision Fixtures is looking for a Manufacturing Associate Technician to join our team!

We need someone with a strong work ethic and high ethical standards who can adapt quickly to changing tasks. Whether it's assembling, cleaning, receiving deliveries, handling office work, or occasional part deliveries/pickups, you’ll play a key role in our operations. No experience? No problem! We’re willing to train the right person—a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• General shop tasks, including cleaning and organizing.
• Receiving deliveries and managing materials.
• Assembly and fabrication using tools and machinery.
• Basic office work as needed.
• Delivering or picking up parts as needed (a dependable vehicle and/or driver’s license is a plus).
• Learning machining and automation technology (training provided).
• Adapting to changing duties quickly and with a positive attitude.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on person with mechanical skills or interest.
• Experience or interest in machining, fabrication, or mechanical work.
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
• Eager to learn and work with a team.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are a plus.
• Experience with CAD or SolidWorks is a plus, but not required.
