Flat Top Accounting Solutions (a virtual based Accounting Firm) is looking to hire a fully remote full-time Bookkeeping Manager. Hours will be 35-40 a week.

We are looking for a team player and self-starter. Flat Top Accounting Solutions has been in business for 6 years and growing by the month!

Responsibilities

• Daily categorization of transactions
• Monthly Reconciliations
• Preparation and review of financials statements
• Catch-up projects, as needed
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• A passion for and sense of personal satisfaction in serving clients and helping small businesses succeed
• Experience in developing strong remote team relationships

Workspace Requirements

• A dedicated office space with reliable internet connection & minimal distractions
• Must be available during business hours (9am -5pm your local time)

Qualifications

• DO NOT apply if you don't have 3 + years of QuickBooks Online experience (QuickBooks Desktop is not the same equivalent)
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reading of financial reporting/statements
• Ability to manage multiple (20-30) clients, projects and deadlines
• Familiarity with Outlook, Google Drive, Slack and Canopy a plus
• 3-5 years of prior recent bookkeeping experience mandatory
