Looking for a Customer Service Rep with experience in insurance. Spanish and English speak is required! You will provide a connection between insurance customers and the companies that provide policies. You will work directly under the agents. Representatives answer questions and complaints that customers have regarding their policy/policy billing. The customer service representative provides information to potential new customers who have questions regarding service, coverage, and costs.
The is FULL-TIME Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
**Because we are a small office, this position does not offer any time of insurance.**
The CSR answers customer’s calls or correspondence regarding the insurance company’s products. The questions may involve new policies and cost or existing customer policies. The role of the customer service representative is to see that the customer’s problems are resolved satisfactorily. Questions that cannot be answered by the customer service representative are directed to the agent or office manager.
The CSR must have the ability to handle difficult customer phone calls. Customers may call with complaints about insurance coverage and policy. You must have verbal communication skills to provide information to customers. Written communication skills are necessary to document service calls. Must have good typing skills and basic computer skills.

-1+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance and Commercial lines preferred but not required.
-Must be reliable and on time.
