Cultivate Community Church is a Christ-centered church in South Jordan, UT, passionate about making disciples and creating a welcoming environment for families. We are seeking a dedicated Youth & Kids Coordinator to help cultivate a love for Jesus in the next generation.

We are looking for a part-time Youth & Kids Coordinator to lead and develop our ministries for children (birth–5th grade) and youth (6th–12th grade). This role involves organizing engaging programs, equipping volunteers, and partnering with families to nurture the faith of young people in our church community.

• Oversee and coordinate Kids Ministry on Sunday mornings and Youth Ministry on Sunday evenings.
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers to serve in these ministries.
• Develop engaging and biblically sound lessons and activities for kids and youth.
• Build relationships with children, teens, and their families to encourage spiritual growth.
• Organize occasional events, retreats, and service opportunities for youth and kids.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment by implementing child safety policies.
• Collaborate with church leadership to align ministry goals with the vision of Cultivate Community Church.

• A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and alignment with the mission of Cultivate Community Church.
• Experience in children’s or youth ministry (volunteer or professional).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to connect with children, teens, and families in a relational and engaging way.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently and with a team.
• Background check required.

• Hours: Approximately 10–15 hours per week (including Sunday mornings and evenings).
• Compensation: Based on experience.
• Location: South Jordan, UT.
