The Business Development Support Representative will be responsible for developing relationships with potential clients who will refer mitigation opportunities & property restoration. The ideal candidate will spend time driving routes to existing and potential customers promoting our services. Selling, negotiating, and closing will be done by one of our established sales representatives. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in a future full-time sales representative role to learn about the business and develop first-hand sales skills. This role could be flexible at 3-5 days per week.

• Drive routes to contact Insurance Agents, Community Managers and others in the restoration industry.
• Develop relationships within the restoration industry that result in a steady flow of business leads.
• Engage with clients along the designated route.
• Maintain CRM notes. 

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to make a lasting impression on the clients they visit. They also will need to demonstrate strong time management skills.
