DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for the direction, day-to-day supervision, and leadership of team.
• Develop strategy to achieve goals or manage projects.
• Assess the performance of employees and business to make improvements or take corrective action.
• Hiring and retaining team members.
• Lead efforts to deliver and execute world class customer service.
• This role reports to the General Manager of Summit Party Rentals - Utah

Skills and Experience

• Special Consideration for Commercial Grade Tenting Experience
• Event Fulfillment Industry experience preferred but not required
• Leading Teams
• Distribution Center/Warehouse Management
• Box Truck /Delivery
• Inventory Control
• Forklift Certified

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
