As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers in-store, answering their inquiries, and providing exceptional service. In addition to assisting customers, you will handle customer calls, support administrative tasks, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.
Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in the store, providing them with product information and helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
Product Sales: Assist customers in selecting products, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
Customer Inquiries: Answer customer questions, both in-store and over the phone, ensuring all inquiries are handled professionally and promptly.
Administrative Support: Provide assistance with administrative tasks as needed, including inventory management, stock organization, and order processing.
Phone Support: Handle incoming customer calls, providing accurate product information and addressing concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
Store Tidiness: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment, ensuring products are well-displayed and stock is replenished. Regularly tidy shelves, counters, and work areas to ensure a pleasant shopping atmosphere for customers.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and management to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude.
Basic knowledge of office administration and inventory management.
Passion for beauty products and knowledge of LashBomb's offerings is an advantage.
