Job Description

We are looking for a Deck Builder with experience in carpentry and exterior construction to help bring our projects to life. This role involves working with composite decking (Trex, TimberTech, etc.), wood decking, railing systems, and custom design features to build top-quality outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities
• Build and install custom decks using Trex, TimberTech, and other high-end materials
• Frame decks with precision and attention to structural integrity
• Install railing systems, stairs, lighting, and additional deck features
• Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
• Operate power tools and other construction equipment safely
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and local building code requirements
• Work efficiently in a team environment and maintain a clean job site

Qualifications
• Experience in deck building, carpentry, or framing (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with composite decking brands like Trex and TimberTech
• Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
• Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
