Lead Technicians will take on additional responsibilities for team coordination, troubleshooting, and quality control on-site.
This job does not follow a traditional 9-to-5 schedule. Instead, you’ll work variable hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends, depending on event bookings. Expect non-traditional hours, with peak seasons requiring full availability.

• Oversee efficiency & logistics – Ensure the team works effectively while maintaining a fast-paced schedule.
What We’re Looking For
• Ability to work non-traditional hours – Events happen nights, weekends, early mornings, and holidays. This is not a standard Monday-Friday job. Flexibility is key.
• Physically capable – Must be comfortable with lifting 50+ lbs, climbing ladders, and working on your feet for long hours.
• Mechanical & technical aptitude – Experience with lighting, power, rigging, or stage production is a plus, but we will train the right candidates.
• Strong problem-solving skills – Every venue is different, and quick thinking is required.
• Attention to detail – Lighting and décor must be symmetrical, well-secured, and beautifully arranged.
• Reliable & professional – We work high-end events; reliability, professionalism, and teamwork are non-negotiable.
• Drivers License preferred – Lead Technicians may drive company vans and trucks.
