We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Screen Print Assistant to join our production team. This role will support various aspects of the screen printing process, from screen preparation to order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong attention to detail.

Screen Printing Support

• Assist in setting up and operating automatic and manual screen printing presses.
• Ensure proper ink application, alignment, and quality control throughout production.
• Help with loading and unloading garments onto the press.

Screen Preparation & Maintenance

• Coat, burn (expose), and rinse screens for production.
• Reclaim and clean screens after use, ensuring they are properly stored and ready for the next job.
• Maintain cleanliness of the screen printing area and equipment.

Heat Transfer Operations

• Operate heat press machines for transfers and special applications.
• Ensure accurate placement and adhesion of heat transfer designs.

Sorting & Fulfillment

• Sort and organize printed apparel based on size, color, and order specifications.
• Pack and prepare finished products for shipping or customer pickup.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.

General Shop Duties

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with receiving and checking in blank garments and supplies.
• Support the team with various shop-related tasks as needed.

• Previous experience in screen printing or garment decoration is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently and follow detailed instructions.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
