Job Summary/Basic Function:

The desired start date for this position is June 17, 2025. This position will coordinate application, admission, and advising activities for the MBA Program. Market to and recruit potential students for the MBA , MAcc, and MTax programs. Administer MBA program assessment for continuous improvement and external reporting. Foster relationships with employers, alumni, and community organizations. The primary duties of this position include the following activities: 

• Application, Admissions, and Advising

• Student Recruitment and Marketing

• External Relationships

• Program-Level Assessment

• Scholarship & Graduation Activities

• Career Advisement

Required Qualifications:

Required: 

• Masters degree

• At least one year of experience in recruiting, retaining, or advising students or trainees

• Office and Google applications such as word processing, utilizing spreadsheets, and sharing documents

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred: 

• Masters degree in business-related field (MBA , MAcc, MTax, other).

• Two years relevant work experience advising, marketing graduate programs, and recruiting graduate students.

Physical Requirements of this position: Light work. Exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs of force frequently and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Use of arm and/or leg controls exerting forces greater than that for sedentary work.

Visual Acuity Requirements including color, depth perception and field of vision: Required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; using a computer terminal; extensive reading.

The conditions the worker will be subject to in this position: None. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work).
