Job Title: Full-Time Lash Artist

Location: Amazing Lash Studio, Draper, UT

Are you a skilled Lash Artist looking to grow with a supportive team and a salon that helps you thrive? At Amazing Lash Studio in Draper, we’re not just about beauty; we’re about building a strong, collaborative team where everyone contributes and grows together.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1-5 years of professional lash extension experience
• Clientele: Must have an existing client base (we’re excited to welcome your clients here!), you will also be provided with appointments and clientele.
• Growth Mindset: Be eager to build your book of business by reaching out to leads and helping grow our clientele
• Team Player: We need someone who’s hardworking, adaptable, and excited to contribute to all areas of the business, from lashing to front desk duties.

Job Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Tuesday: 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Sunday: OFF

What We Offer:

• Appointments Provided: We’ll help fill your schedule with clients, but you’re also encouraged to build your own book
• Base Pay + Commission: Competitive base pay for working the front desk, plus commission on services and sales.
• Front Desk Rotation: Each stylist works 1-2 days per week on the front desk to pad their paychecks and gain experience with the sales process and client interaction
• Team Environment: We’re all in this together! Every team member works every job, helping with various salon tasks, ensuring the smooth running of operations.
• Team Outings: We believe in building a fun and supportive team, so we regularly organize team outings and events.
• Growth Opportunities: We’re committed to your professional development and helping you expand your client base and skills.
