Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate electrical estimates for projects ranging from small office TIs to large multi-family developments

Analyze drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine labor, material, and equipment costs

Identify and source materials, ensuring competitive pricing and availability

Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and general contractors to gather necessary information

Develop detailed bid proposals and ensure they meet project requirements and timelines

Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth transitions from estimate to execution

Review and improve estimating processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency

Stay updated on market trends, labor costs, and industry standards

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator (5+ years preferred)

Strong knowledge of commercial & multi-family electrical systems

Proficiency in estimating software (Accubid, McCormick, Bluebeam, Planswift, Square Takeoff, Snap AI, or similar)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines

What You’ll Be Estimating:

You’ll be responsible for bidding on a variety of projects, including:

Commercial Spaces – Office tenant improvements, retail spaces

Dental & Orthodontics Offices – Custom medical and dental build-outs

Core & Shell Buildings – New commercial construction

Hotels & Apartment Complexes – Multi-story hospitality and residential buildings

Townhome Developments – Multi-unit residential projects

Other High-End Residential & Mixed-Use Projects
