• Downtime Pay: $16 and Hour (to The Team). We offer downtime pay for ALL time during waiting periods for freight or in the event of breakdowns or weather delays.

• Doubles and triples endorsements required.
• Minimum of 6 months of verifiable driving experience with a certificate of completion from a FedEx-approved school.
• 1 year of verifiable experience preferred; we also consider drivers fresh out of FedEx-approved CDL schools on a case-by-case basis.
• Clean MVR required.
