This role requires physical stamina and a strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Perform heavy lifting and transport materials to job sites.
• Install closets and cabinetry according to specifications.
• Fabricate components as needed for various installations.
• Execute trim carpentry tasks with precision and care.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Experience with custom carpentry, trim carpentry, and cabinetry is a plus
• Ability to fabricate components accurately for various applications.
• Strong skills in trim carpentry, ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the installation process
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service

Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and no criminal history.
