Responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
• Strong cold outreach experience, including cold calling, networking, and prospecting.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and industry engagement.
• Develop and execute strategies to build relationships with local businesses and organizations.
• Actively seek out new clients, follow up on leads, and cultivate a strong sales pipeline.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Lead outreach efforts, including cold calling, prospecting, and client engagement.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and recommending tailored solutions.
• Support the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposal creation and client negotiations.
Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders, HR teams, and key decision-makers.
• Regularly engage with potential and current clients to understand their evolving needs.
• Represent Executive Education at networking events, industry conferences, and professional gatherings.
Technology & Analytics:
• Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and document client interactions.
• Leverage analytics to identify trends, assess performance, and refine outreach strategies.
Market Trends & Competitive Insights:
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor strategies, and industry challenges.
• Provide insights to enhance program offerings and improve sales strategies.
• Work closely with marketing to refine messaging and positioning.
