We're seeking individuals to join our team as youth sports referees. While experience is preferred, we're also interested in candidates with a deep understanding of the rules and regulations for sports like flag football, soccer, basketball, baseball, volleyball, and tennis.

• Enforce game rules and regulations fairly and consistently.
• Maintain control of the game and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
• Resolve disputes and conflicts calmly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and parents.
• Provide feedback and coaching to players and coaches as needed.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the rules and regulations for multiple sports.
• Ability to make quick and accurate decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Reliable transportation to game locations.
