Key Responsibilities:

• Order, receive, and organize marine parts and accessories
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely parts availability for repairs and maintenance
• Assist walk-in customers with identifying and selecting the correct parts for their boats
• Maintain showroom displays, stock levels, and inventory accuracy
• Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers for pricing, availability, and special orders
• Track and manage backorders and incoming shipments
• Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of boats, marine engines, and marine accessories preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with parts catalog systems and inventory software is an asset
• Prior experience in a marine, powersports, or automotive parts role is a plus
• Previous ADP Lightspeed knowledge helpful but not required
