We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team to sell and service auto, home, life and specialty insurance to new and existing customers while establishing and maintain positive relationships with clients. This is a full time opportunity that could lead to owning your own agency for the right and motivated person. Insurance license preferred but willing to work with and help with the right candidate to get licensed.

• Contacting leads to facilitate new business into the agency.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Meet and exceed sales goals each month.
• Able to work at least 45 hours a week. Monday thru Friday.
• Follow up, Follow up and Follow up.
• Cross selling, claims service and processing clients needs.

• Team Oriented.
• Motivated, Quick learner and comfortable working independently.
• Computer and Typing skills are essential.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Authorized to work in USA.

Compensation:

• Salary plus commission
