• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, professional relationships.
• Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Leverage social media and email marketing for client ad campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals and client expectations.
• Implement client feedback efficiently and constructively.
• Stay current with industry trends and proactively learn new skills and software.
• Demonstrate accountability and strong time management while handling pressure effectively.

• Proven experience in account management or client relations and/or customer service.
• Proven ability to use technology in marketing is a must.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience with social media and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and practices.
• Willingness to adopt new technology and learn the latest digital marketing tools
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
