LJ Law is seeking two experienced Associate Family Law Attorneys to join our growing team. Under the leadership of Laura J. Hansen, Managing Partner at our Millcreek, UT office, we are looking for attorneys with 2+ years of family law experience who are ready to engage in meaningful work while growing their careers.

• Handle family law cases from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Provide compassionate guidance and strategic advocacy for clients navigating complex family law matters.
• Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, and modifications.
• Develop case strategies and advocate effectively in negotiations and court proceedings.
• Provide clients with clear guidance and empathetic support through difficult transitions.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional legal services.

• 2+ years of family law experience (Required)
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Utah Bar License (or the ability to obtain one within 1 month)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively with the team
