Project Superintendent for a general contracting company.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Superintendent. The Project Superintendent will be responsible for supervising construction projects, ensuring quality control, managing construction safety procedures, and communicating with the project manager. This positions requires you to been on the jobsite throughout the entirety of the project.

On the job training will be provided as needed. Pay will be determined based on qualifications.

• Supervisory Skills and Commercial Construction experience
• Coordinate subcontract work onsite for all trades assigned to the project
• Quality Control and Construction Safety knowledge
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
