Immediate opening for a Full Time or Part Time Title Clerk for Menlove Fresh Start Auto, a used car dealership located in North Salt Lake, UT. We are looking for an energetic & happy individual to join our team long term. Must have a good working knowledge of accounting concepts and customer relations. The successful candidate will perform Daily Bank Deposits, Auto insurance verification, DMV and Licensing for Customers that have bought from us, and inputting invoices from the shop on vehicles or accounts.

• DMV registration drop off
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Receipt in customer payments
• Auto insurance verifications

• · Have a good working knowledge of accounting concepts
• · Be able to manage Accounts Payable, Registration & Title, Inventory Invoices, and accounts needed for active insurance
• · Possess excellent skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
• · Be detail oriented, organized, with the ability to self-start and self-manage priorities
• · Good interpersonal skills, including customer service experience
• · Dependable, punctual and hard working
• · Have a positive attitude and be an enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• · Valid Driver’s License with a clean MVR

Work schedule is Full Time / Part Time Tuesday thru Friday 9-6 and Saturday 9-2. Paid Holidays and Vacation. Pay may vary depending on experience. Email resume to andrewbird@menlove.com
