Velocity Auto Sales is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Lot Technician/Landscaper to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for both routine maintenance and landscaping tasks to maintain the appearance of our dealership. You will also assist in the organization of our lot, ensuring that our vehicles are well-displayed and the exterior surroundings are aesthetically pleasing for our customers. ·     Maintain the exterior landscaping of the dealership

·     Ensure the landscaping and grounds are consistently well-maintained including sprinkler repair and weed abatement

·     Assist with vehicle inventory, including moving cars

·     Perform basic vehicle checks and report any damages

·     Help with general lot maintenance, including trash removal and sweeping

·     Previous experience in lot maintenance, landscaping, or general groundskeeping 

·     Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

·     Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

·     Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

·     A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

·     Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

·     Reliable and punctual - Must be 18 to apply
