Highland Hideaway Storage is a family-owned business whose ultimate goal is to help individuals with their storage needs. We are currently expanding and are looking to add to our team!

We seek a reliable and hardworking individual for our construction and maintenance worker position. Experience in construction-related field is preferred. We expect individuals to have a positive attitude and demeanor. Job details will vary based on location.

Drug screening will be required within 24 hours of a job offer if selected. Hours will vary depending on location and job. Job site locations are throughout the Utah County area. Pay will be based on experience, starting at $18.00 to $20.00with raises based on performance.

We will ask for 3 additional references as well as a physical or emailed resume. We require individuals to have reliable transportation to job sites. Any further details will be discussed during the interview process.

The ability to prioritize and adjust processes is a must as priorities and assignments are frequently updated.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, polishing, and general upkeep of facilities. 

Must be able to learn and adapt quickly.

Strong troubleshooting abilities to quickly identify and correct issues.

Determine the necessary repairs or maintenance needed.

Communicate with supervisors and other staff members regarding maintenance needs and issues. 

Assist with moving furniture and equipment. 

Set up rooms for meetings or events. 

Follow safety rules and regulations. 

Communicate with supervisors and other staff members regarding maintenance needs and issues. 

May be required to assist with other tasks as assigned.

Safe use of all equipment.

Assist in all areas of production

Attention to detail.

Carpenter experience preferred.
