Responsibilities:

• Work in a hybrid environment, M/W/F from home and T/H in office.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using .NET technologies.
• Lead feature development and bug fixing for existing desktop and web applications.
• Collaborate with business users to gather and understand new and changing requirements.
• Work with third-party providers to resolve issues and implement new business initiatives.
• Mentor junior software engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews and adherence to best practices.
• Develop unit, component, and system tests that can be automated within CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement static and runtime code analysis tools to measure performance, improve code quality, and enhance security.
• Protect the legal, financial, and moral well-being of the company.
• Other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

·        4-7 years of experience in .NET and Dotnet Core technologies.

·        1-2 years of experience using Blazor or other UI Framework technologies such as Angular/Vue/React etc. (Blazor Preferred)

·        Proficient in working with database technologies including: T-SQL, LINQ, Entity Framework, SQL Server, CosmosDb, MongoDb, etc.

·        Experience with microservices or applications in a pub/sub model. Experience with NServicebus is a plus.

·        Proficient in any of the major Frontend JavaScript Frameworks like Angular, React etc. Experience with .NET Blazor is a plus.

·        Experience with one of the public cloud providers like AWS, Azure, GCP etc. (Azure and AWS preferred)

·        Knowledge and demonstrated experience with best patterns and practices in programming.

·        Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.

·        Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor junior engineers.

·        Excellent communication and collaboration skills.  

Physical Requirements:

Ability to remain stationary for continuous periods of time. Constantly operate a computer and phone. Frequently communicates with customers, coworkers, and managers about accounts. Able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
