We are a well-established company with over 20 years of service in Park City and surrounding areas, seeking a skilled Loader Operator to manage material loading operations at our pit. This role is crucial to keeping our projects moving efficiently and accurately, so attention to detail and experience are a must. Wage is negotiable DOE.

• Safely operate front-end loaders to load trucks with rock, gravel, sand, and other materials
• Maintain accurate load counts and weights
• Communicate clearly with truck drivers and dispatchers to keep operations flowing
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Keep loading area organized, clean, and safe
• Follow company safety protocols and site procedures at all times

• Proven experience operating front-end loaders (at least 2 years preferred)
• Ability to accurately record and report load counts and weights
• Familiar with safe loading techniques and weight distribution
• Must be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Experience working in a gravel pit or with bulk material handling
• Familiarity with scale systems or ticketing processes
• Mechanical aptitude a plus
