Job Description

We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and reliable Executive Assistant to join our growing team in Orem! This is a full-time, in-office position that blends the responsibilities of an executive assistant, front desk receptionist, and commissions processor. If you're someone who enjoys variety in your day and thrives in a fast-paced office environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors – warm, professional front desk presence
  • Managing calendars, emails, texts, calls, and schedules for executive staff
  • Processing incoming commission statements and tracking payments
  • Handling administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry
  • Answering and routing calls via our phone system
  • Creating and managing spreadsheets to track business metrics
  • Coordinating Company Retreats and executive travel
  • Working with company sales agents

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience as an executive assistant or administrative professional
  • Knowledge of health insurance is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail, and general computer systems
  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Dependable and professional demeanor

Additional Information

  • Full-Time
  • Monday to Friday, standard business hours
  • Salary starts at $40,000-$45,000 annually
