This position is for our Lehi location and requires fairly open availability; shifts can vary, but this position will be scheduled 28-40 hours per week.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Providing customers with a stellar experience every time they come in
• Making everyone, both customers and staff, feel welcome at the bakery
• Supervising cashiers when FOH Manager and/or Supervisor are not on shift
• Keeping teammates on task and ensuring tasks are all completed during shifts
• Ensuring that bakery policies are followed and high standard of service is maintained
• Resolving customer concerns as they arise
• Opening/Closing the bakery as needed
• Cash Handling & counting out Cashiers' tills
• Communicating openly and consistently with FOH Manager
• Other duties as assigned by FOH Manager and/or Supervisor

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Food Handler's Permit (or ability and willingness to obtain one within 3 days of accepting job offer)
• Reliable transportation
• Friendly and optimistic attitude
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Open availability including early mornings, afternoons, and evenings for flexible scheduling; willingness to work Saturdays and holidays

Preferred qualifications:

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience
