We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of manual tasks on construction sites to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of ongoing projects. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of physical duties, supporting skilled trades, and contributing to the overall safety and productivity of the site.

• Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, removing waste, and organizing materials.
• Carry and move heavy materials such as bricks, concrete, and steel to designated areas.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment under the supervision of experienced workers.
• Help with the setup and breakdown of scaffolding, ladders, and other temporary structures.
• Assist in the pouring and mixing of concrete and other construction materials.
• Load and unload construction materials and tools from trucks and storage areas.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Help other construction workers with specialized tasks as needed.
• Assist in the erection and dismantling of temporary structures such as forms, supports, and scaffolding.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the site supervisor or foreman.

• Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 100 lbs.) and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction equipment is a plus.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in all weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
