We are looking for an experienced full stack developer with experience in project and team management. In this role you will be responsible for managing/overseeing the flow of development tasks from our various clients. This will involve: project management, delegation, review of projects and more importantly, stamping the work with your seal of approval before it goes to the client.

You're a skilled developer who takes pride in your work & you have great capabilities in project management.

THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

• Work is regularly sent back to you for revisions. We need people who take pride in their work and ensure its successful completion.
• You struggle with communication, especially when something isn't going right.
• You struggle with following a project plan / timeline.
• You are so rigid you can't accept unanticipated tasks that will arise now and again that require you to drop what you are doing and jump in on a sensitive task.
• Unwilling to have difficult conversations with team members when deadlines are being missed or work is not up to par.
• You work poorly with coworkers. We're a tight knit team and inevitably will work with others.

To be successful, we also anticipate that you will need the following core skills along with proficient project management and interpersonal communication skills:

• 3+ years of project management experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• 5 years of development experience with the following
• Raw HTML / CSS
• Google FireBase
• React
• Typescript
• Node / Express
• Terraform
• AWS (Lambda, Route 53, API GW)
• OAuth 2.0
