The Utah Conservatory is seeking passionate and skilled Music Teachers to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are proficient in one or more of the following instruments: drums, guitar, and piano. Whether you are a multi-instrumentalist or specialize in one, we want to hear from you!
Schedule:
- Drum & Guitar Instruction: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Fridays
- Piano Instruction: Wednesdays, Thursdays, and/or Fridays
- Hours: Typically after school from 3 PM to 8 PM with flexibility; however, once a schedule is established, adherence is crucial to maintain consistency for our students.
Join us in fostering a love for music in our community through education and mentorship!
- Teach students of all ages and abilities in their respective instruments.
- Engage students with enthusiasm and interactive teaching methods.
- Prepare students for semester evaluations and recitals.
- Arrive 5-10 minutes before the first student is scheduled.
- Proficiency in teaching and playing the instrument(s).
- Strong communication skills and a genuine love for music education.
- Respectful and kind demeanor when working with students.
