I am looking for a local insurance agent, with an active Utah Life & Health Insurance License. This is a special position, limited to 1 agent. This is a new position within my Agency that I would consider a Special Partnership. This is a paid position with base pay + commission. Software, systems, E&O insurance, non-resident license fees and training will be provided. Marketing & leads will be provided. May require some in person training and working from my office location in Draper, UT for a limited time if remote work is preferred, based on performance. 

General/basic knowledge of Medicare, Individual Health Insurance (ACA/Marketplace) and Life Insurance is needed, prior experience is preferred. This is a sales position. Sales will be conducted primarily over the phone in multiple States, however, some sales may be in person if required. Servicing of Medicare and Health Insurance policies will also be expected.

• Inbound & outbound calling.
• Sales & service work.
• Educating potential clients with knowledge of Medicare and Health Insurance products.

Currently active Utah life & health insurance license. Previous insurance sales experience is preferred, but any sales experience is good. Phone sales skills are a priority. Other helpful skills include computer and software skills. Familiarity with CRM systems, quoting and enrollment platforms, spreadsheets/PDF files/E-signatures, online meetings/screen-share knowledge are all beneficial skills in this position.
