The Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising the execution of finish carpentry projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, deadlines, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong technical knowledge to define work and material quantities, perform accurate takeoffs, and coordinate planning and execution on site. The position involves direct and professional communication with clients, architects, builders, and designers, and supports the commercial team by participating in technical and strategic meetings to help secure new projects. The Operations Manager must also promote effective interaction with the internal team, clients, subcontractors, and designers.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of finish carpentry projects on site.
• Ensure proper execution according to project specifications and schedules.
• Supervise quality control, safety protocols, and material usage.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, carpenters, and internal teams.
• Attend project and client meetings to track progress and address concerns.
• Participate in business development meetings to support project acquisition.
• Generate progress reports for management.
• Resolve technical issues and propose improvements as needed.

• Proven experience in managing and executing construction projects (finish carpentry preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and perform accurate takeoffs.
• Experience with estimating/planning software (AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.).
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Preference for bilingual candidates with good communication skills in Spanish.
• Professional and clear communication with clients and project stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Available to work on-site and attend meetings as needed.

Position type: Full-time or part-time (depending on candidate availability and project needs)

Hourly rate: $30 to $50 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
