Job Description

As a code enforcer and assistant property manager, your job includes communicating with owners and residents of different communities to help with the day-to-day issues that come up as well as ensure community rules are being followed and when not, proper notice is provided to residents to help them understand what corrections need to be made.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the financials of each association. This includes creating reports, budgeting, and ensure the Board is aware of the financial state of the association.
  • Communicate with homeowners through the patented software communication tool.
  • Interpret governing documents for enforcement and compliance.
  • Create notices and newsletters on behalf of the association.
  • Perform onsite visits to maintain knowledge of the community, administer compliance procedures, and oversee maintenance.
  • As an assistant manager, board meetings, which happen at night, may need to be attended from time to time.


Qualifications

The following skills are needed for this position:

  • Excellent typing skills - at least 50 WPM.
  • Effective communication - both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Great time management skills.
  • Organized and detail orientated.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, E-mail Management.
  • Customer care focused.
  • Understands and can use different online meeting software
