We're looking for a Product Distribution & Fulfillment Associate to join our team! You'll work closely with our Distribution & Fulfillment Manager to keep track of inventory, pack up orders, and make sure our customers get their shipments on time. If you’re organized, reliable, and have an eye for detail, we’d love to have you on board!

This is a part-time role (15-20 hours/week, Monday to Friday) with the potential for extra hours during sales events. You’ll be working out of our distribution hub in Park City, Utah. We offer a paid 2-4 week training and probationary period, and we keep it simple with a direct pay arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment:

• Process orders quickly and accurately
• Check that all orders meet quality control standards

Shipping and Logistics:

• Keep track of shipments and resolve delays or errors
• Drop off packages at post office

Inventory Management:

• Count and keep track of stock
• Perform regular spot checks
• Unload and organize inventory
• Keep track of packaging and shipping supplies

Compliance and Quality Control:

• Follow legal standards for packaging and labeling

Skills & Knowledge:

• Organized and good at solving problems
• Can learn how to use systems for inventory, orders, and shipping. Shopify knowledge is a plus.
• Good time management to meet daily goals
