Job Description

Pando Ridge Ventures is a dynamic and fast-paced investment firm focused on growth companies, real estate, sharing economy companies, software companies, ranch land, private equity, and founders education… We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide critical support to the Managing Partner and executive team to help ensure the firm operates smoothly across all administrative, accounting, benefits, and operational functions.

The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the Managing Partner and executive team and play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the firm. This individual must be able to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Partner and other executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation

• Manage firm-wide administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, email correspondence, and office coordination

• Support accounting functions: track expenses, assist with bookkeeping, process invoices, and help prepare reports

• Assist with HR and benefits administration including onboarding, employee communications, and maintaining records

• Help manage operational projects across the firm to ensure efficiency and compliance

• Liaise with portfolio companies, employees, external vendors, service providers, and partners as needed

• Coordinate and assist in special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or operations role, preferably in finance, investment, or professional services

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and common business tools - Excel, Word, Outlook, Gmail, GSuite and experience with accounting or HR software is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity

• Self-starter who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
