Green Mountain Management, a luxury vacation home management company with properties throughout Park City, is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager. This is a year-round, full-time position that reports to the General Manager. The housekeeping manager is responsible for scheduling cleaning and laundry, managing our internal housekeeping team, recruiting and hiring housekeepers, and ensuring that five-star cleaning standards are met.

• Ensure cleaning standards are met
• Manage small laundry operation
• Schedule housekeeping team, ensuring that all units are cleaned in a timely fashion
• Recruit and train new team members
• Approve bi-weekly payroll
• Ensure that housekeeping supplies are stocked
• Inspect all completed house cleanings
• Assist with cleaning as necessary

Qualified applicants will have appropriate transportation for Park City winters and be comfortable driving in those conditions. Many of our homes are at high elevations and the road conditions can be more "wintery" than those in town.
