Residential Sales Representative – Telecommunications

What You'll Do:

• Engage with residential customers through door-to-door outreach in Utah County.
• Clearly communicate our fiber internet and mobile plan offerings, emphasizing our simple pricing structure and exceptional customer service.
• Track your sales leads using our easy-to-use mobile app.
• Follow up via phone to nurture leads and finalize sales, receiving full credit for sales closed remotely.

Who You Are:

• Great verbal communicator who genuinely enjoys interacting with people.
• Determined and resilient, willing to keep knocking doors and building relationships.
• Eager to learn—no prior experience required! We provide training and mentorship to individuals with the right attitude and ambition.

Hours & Flexibility:

• Flexible scheduling with an expectation of 25-30 hours per week commitment.
• Peak knocking times are weekday afternoons/early evenings and Saturdays. No knocking on Sundays.
• The more you work, the more you earn. Your earning potential is unlimited!

Compensation:

• $18/hr guaranteed base pay, plus commissions based on the monthly value of each sale.
• Transparent commission structure with a "clawback" policy for early cancellations (note: our service has no customer contracts).
