We are seeking an experienced gardener to maintain a prize-winning residential landscape of roughly 3 acres in the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains. This is a seasonal position from April to October, with the potential for full-time work (40 hours / week) or a minimum of 20 hours / week, depending on your availability.

1.   Ensure the health and vitality of a diverse range of plants

2.   Replace aging plants as needed to preserve the property’s beauty

3.   Direct a small team that would come weekly to handle larger tasks like mowing and pruning

4.   Maintain paths and lighting across the property

5.   Perform weeding and upkeep of perennial flower beds

6.   Manage seasonal planting of annuals to enhance the landscape

7.   Other tasks as assigned.

1.   Proven gardening experience with a keen eye for detail.

2.   Knowledge of plant care, landscape design, and maintenance

3.   Ability to lead and coordinate a team effectively

4.   Able to lift 50 pounds

5.   Ability to organize a work program and coordinate with landscape electricians and pool team.

6.   Be respectful of homeowners, staff, and guests

Compensation:

1.   $1,000 week for full time (40 hours)

2.   Adjusted proportionally for part-time (minimum 20 hours / week).
