Manager; You will receive full training to confidently lead your team. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, setting clear expectations, holding team members accountable, conducting daily check-ins, and monitoring performance. You will also manage scheduling, basic ordering and inventory - keeping operations running smoothly while fostering a respectful and collaborative work environment.

Assistant Manager: Assistant Managers will have the chance to immerse themselves in both front and back of house operations. They will receive cross-training in baking and management, ensuring they are prepared to take on full managerial responsibilities when opportunities arise. As we expand to new locations, these trained Assistant Managers will be first in line to be promoted to Store Managers, allowing for significant career advancement.

Head Baker/Assistant Manager: Some experience is preferred, head Baker will need to be confident in being able to follow recipes and implementing them. You will teach and train a team of bakers to follow our recipes and make them consistently the same every day. We are a traditional made from scratch bakery, we make cakes, cheesecakes, sweet breads, cookies, brownies, candy, Puddings, donuts, cinnamon rolls, cream puffs and ice cream. If you love to bake this is a place for you.

Bakers: Some experience is preferred, and you should have a basic understanding of baking fundamentals. We will provide training in every step of the baking process. You will be part of a collaborative team where everyone is learning together and working consistent high quality results every day.

Pizza Cook: Experience required. We are looking for someone skilled in working with naturally fermented dough to roll, shape, and prepare pizza to order. Responsibility include: Making whole pies and reheating slices. Preparing pasta dishes and garlic knots. Engaging with customers, who can watch as their food is made.

Front of House: No experience necessary - just a willingness to learn and work hard. You will be trained to great customers, take and complete orders, and handle transaction from start to finish. You will also learn the basics of hospitality and how to provide excellent service through clear, respectful communications.
