We are seeking a responsible and customer-oriented Light Duty Tow Truck Operator to join our team. The operator will be responsible for safely towing light-duty vehicles, assisting stranded motorists, and providing excellent roadside customer service. This role requires strong driving skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in various weather and traffic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a light duty tow truck (flatbed or wheel-lift) to tow or transport disabled, illegally parked, or impounded vehicles.
• Respond to service calls including breakdowns, accidents, lockouts, jump-starts, tire changes.
• Ensure safe loading, securing, and unloading of vehicles.
• Complete all required paperwork and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and law enforcement as needed.
• Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on assigned tow truck.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the truck.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
