Transport on Demand is seeking an experienced owner-operator (or driver) for full time (50 - 55 hours a week) weekday work managing a garbage end dump route (yard is in Woods Cross).

This is year-round work!

Loads operate Monday through Friday with your day starting early between 4 and 5 am. You will be responsible for meeting delivery schedules and maintaining accurate documentation of work and miles driven. We expect compliance with truck driving rules, regulations, and company policies.

Route Details:

Rate: Owner Operator Pay is $4000 a week (with your truck and your insurance), we will provide the garbage end dump trailer OR Driver Only Pay is $1600 weekly with $250 monthly bonus for being on time (departing from yard on time each day), being safe (no accidents), and keeping the truck clean.

Route is using an electric jack (we provide the jack) to pick up garbage bins at grocery stores and then dumping the load each night at a landfill.

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: Start time is between 4 am and 5 am, 10 - 12 hours per day depending on the route, 50 - 55 total hours per week.

Weekly Pay

Note: to start, we will train you on the trailer and the client requirements. However, we expect you to already know how to operate an electric fork lift and a day cab tractor with an end dump trailer safely.

Requirements:

Dependable, Motivated, Able to Show up on Time, and Willing to Work Hard!

Working cell phone

Valid Class A License and Medical Card

Recent 2-3 years of Class A verifiable driving experience, preferably with garbage or end dump trailers

Prefer driver with mountain experience, one day a week the route goes to Wyoming

Good DMV record

No DUI/DWI convictions that are less than 5 years, not accepting SAP drivers at this time

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test per DOT requirement
