*Jeep Mechanic/Technician

We have some cool big projects happening this year so we’re looking for an skilled mechanic with a passion for off-roading and experienced in custom builds, repairs, and maintenance of jeeps. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostic skills, mechanical aptitude, strong work ethic, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, reliability, honesty, and a desire to learn, grow, and guide others. We're looking for someone with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience on jeeps, and/or 1+ year of related work experience on full-size offroad/4x4 vehicles. Experience with engine conversion, wiring, welding, and fabrication is a plus.

*Assistant Technician/Service Writer

We are also looking for an Assistant Technician/Service Writer with experience as an automotive technician. In this role, you'll work closely with the owner and other mechanics/technicians daily, assisting with repairs and custom work. You will also be helping assist customers, manage work orders from start to finish, ensuring the necessary parts are available for each job, maintaining shop cleanliness, and performing other tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, is tech-savvy, organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and follow instructions and procedures well.

We're looking for someone with at least 1 year of work experience an an automotive technician, ideally with jeeps or full-size offroad/4x4 vehicles. Previous experience as service writer/shop assistant is also ideal but not required.

Other Requirements

Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Must be physically able to lift and move heavy parts and work in confined spaces.

Must be able to pass background checks, drug tests, and security screenings as necessary subject to applicable state and federal law

Pay is DOE and will vary based on the relevance of your work experience and years in the field, qualifications, and expertise. We also offer paid vacation and sick days, as well as regular bonuses and/or raises based on performance.
