· Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
· Answer and direct a high volume of phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
· Reach out to current and potential clients for appointments and reminders.
· Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys and office staff.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
· Maintain a clean and organized reception and conference room area.
· Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and emailing documents.
· Ensure confidentiality of all client and firm information.
· Fluency in English and Spanish
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Word, Adobe, Gmail preferred.
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Professional appearance and demeanor.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
