we are seeking a seasonal grounds maintenance worker with handyman skills. this position needs to start immediately and will go through the fall, possibly longer depending on your availability. hourly pay is determined by experience.

responsibilities include but not limited to, are sprinkler repair, various landscaping jobs- sod replacement, tree maintenance, (plant, trim, remove) weed whacking, debris clean up, repairs on the clubhouse which can include paint, electrical, drywall, plumbing. basic vehicle repairs and maintenance and upkeep.

must be 18 or older, valid drivers license, work full time hours Monday- Friday 7:00 am- 3:30 pm, the job has physical demands and the employee must be able to meet those demands, while performing the duties of the job the employee is frequently required to sit, stand reach with hand and arms, talk, hear, see, walk, kneel, crouch, and use hands to grab and handle as well as lift or move more than 80 lbs. while performing their duties the employee is often exposed to weather extremes (hot and cold) and in emergency situations working after hours.
