We are a successful, privately owned hotel located in the heart of Salt Lake City, seeking a career-focused General Manager ready to lead with passion, presence, and purpose.

• Direct lodging experience in management is required
• A natural in hospitality—genuine, driven, and intuitive.
• A true self-starter who sees what needs doing and gets it done—Proactive++
• Positive and grounded, with an unwavering loyalty and commitment to team and mission.
• You take ownership, treat the hotel like your own, and lead by example.
• You collaborate well with ownership while confidently taking charge within set guidelines.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Your Skills:

• Excellent people skills with the ability to lead, diffuse challenges, and uplift others.
• Old-school work ethic, strong multitasker, detail-oriented.
• Tech-savvy: confident with Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and basic financials.
• Clear communicator who listens as much as they speak.
• You take and follow through on notes—written or verbal.
• Comfortable with different personalities and perspectives—team harmony matters.
• Present, proactive, and attentive to what’s happening in the moment.

Experience:

• Managerial: 1 year (Preferred)
• Direct lodging experience in management is required
