Grounds/Maintenance Assistant

Are you passionate about keeping outdoor spaces beautiful and well-maintained? We are looking for a Grounds/Maintenance Assistant to help care for our 220 unit, 36 acre property and ensure the smooth operation of our Homeowners Association.

Job Responsibilities:

·        Perform daily landscaping duties such as planting, weeding, and trimming

·        Maintaining and repairing sprinkler systems and French drains

·        Assist with routine maintenance tasks, including garbage collection, maintaining gutters and downspouts, replacing lights and general property upkeep

·        Shovel snow, spread ice melt and look for ice hazards in the winter

·        Demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills to address property needs

·        Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with residents, vendors, and the public.

Qualifications:

·        Experience in landscaping, sprinkler repair and general maintenance required.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·        Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high standard of property care

·        Must be reliable, hardworking, and committed to excellence
