We are seeking a reliable and skilled siding installer or subcontractor to join our team for upcoming residential and commercial siding projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of siding materials, including vinyl, wood, fiber cement, and metal, and be able to work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Install and replace various types of siding materials (vinyl, wood, fiber cement, metal, etc.)
• Ensure accurate measurements, cutting, and fitting of siding
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to safety standards and building codes
• Work with project managers and other team members to complete jobs on time and within budget
• Communicate with homeowners, contractors, or project managers as needed to ensure satisfaction
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in siding installation (minimum of 2 years)
• Ability to work with multiple types of siding materials
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Reliable transportation and own tools
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations

Preferred:

• Experience in both residential and commercial siding projects
• Experience with insulation and weatherproofing
• Ability to take on additional tasks such as trim work or gutter installation
