• Perform electric vehicle (EV) conversions on vehicles, including powertrain swaps, battery integration, and custom electronics.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair EV systems, including motors, controllers, and battery management systems.
• Stay up-to-date with EV technology, tools, and best practices.

• Proven experience in automotive engineering or EV conversions.
• Strong knowledge of EV powertrains, electronics, and diagnostics.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Fabrication and welding skills are a plus.
• CAD skills are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
